For Happy Campers....

The rules at Around the Bend Ozarks RV Park/Campground have been carefully crafted to meet the needs of guests young and old. We only intend to make our guests stay enjoyable for all. We are happy that you've chosen to spend time with us, and we want you to be happy that you chose our park. If you have any questions please feel free to ask...

Around the Bend Rv Park is a service-oriented business and therefore we do not have a tenant/landlord relationship with any guests. We offer Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rates. We do not offer Permanent Sites.

All sites are paid in advance with a Reservation. Renewals to Daily, weekly or Monthly (28 Day Rate) are due upon the date of renewal prior to checkout time. Any reservation that is not paid will revert to a daily rate and is to be paid before checkout that day and each day going forward. No grace periods will be given for payment. We are a hospitality business and do not allow guests to stay past their reserved and paid for stay.

"No damaged, faded, peeling, unkempt RVs" "All RVs will be accepted or declined per Park owner's discretion. Units can be pre-assessed by providing photos to Around the Bend via email.

Check in time is 1PM, Check out is 12 PM. If lot is empty we will accommodate early check in requests.

Camp only in designated campsites

Maximum typical campsite capacity is limited to two sleeping units (only one of which can be wheeled), two vehicles (non-sleeping units), and six people

Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 8 AM Excessive volumes on radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. are not permitted. Shutdown of these items may be necessary depending on your proximity to other campers

Be respectful of campers when they are setting up or breaking down their campsite.

Pets must be under control at all times. No aggressive animals. No breed restrictions, but aggressive animals will be asked to leave. Pick up after your animals. Max of 3 animals per site.

Drive slow

Dont walk thru others campsites.

Leave No Trace! Dispose of your trash.

No Storing of any objects outside your camper.

Every Booking requires a tow vehicle to be kept at park, No dropping off of units will be allowed.

No Dumping Black or Grey Water On The Ground

Campfires are the responsibility of the camper and are restricted to the fire ring.

We use a Septic System, please do not flush wipes, diapers, paper towels or anything that a commode is not designed for, including toxic chemicals. Please be Septic-Friendly!

Please take care of any water leaks immediately. Water will be disconnected if found to be leaking. A Water Pressure regulator is strongly suggested.

A Surge protector or EMS system is also encouraged for all Electrical connections.

No washing of campers or vehicles.

No political flags or signs are to be displayed in park.

Reservation Policy

Check In is 1:00 PM Check Out is 12:00 PM Early Check-in will be accommodated if lot is available.

As of February 1, 2023 any invoice not paid upon due date, will revert guest to a daily rate until paid. Daily rate will have to be paid with reservation and reservation will be calculated from last payment Date of daily rate.

Credits will be given for cancellations. See Cancellation Policy. Leaving early is not considered a cancellation.

Guests will be required to observe Park Rules.

Prices are Subject to Change without notice.

Anyone being asked to leave due to bad behavior will forfeit any paid reservations and WILL NOT receive a refund!

Every Booking requires a tow vehicle to be kept at park, No dropping off of units will be allowed.

Monthly reservations will require electric to be paid by guest and a deposit of $75.00 will be required.

It is recommended that all guests use a pressure regulator for the water connection and a Surge protector/EMS System for the electrical. We are not responsible for public utilities.

Please be Septic Friendly, Do not put wipes, paper towels, diapers etc into your holding tanks and our septic system. Please do not use harsh or toxic chemicals.

Cancellation Policy

"Dear valued guests, we regret to inform you that due the abuse of our cancellation policy, we are no longer able to offer refunds on cancellations. However, we will gladly offer a future stay, subject to availability, less a one day cancellation fee. We hope for your understanding and support as a small business. Please note that our policy is strict and there will be no exceptions. Thank you for choosing us."
